- Two hoverboard motors of 24V ( their wattage should be around 120 )

- ½ inches wooden ply sheet
- ¼ inches rigid ply sheet
- Wooden glue

Step No 1: Take the Wheels of the Kid’s Bicycle

Step No 2: Now Cut the Frame

The next step is to join the motor but keep in mind that the motor’s drive should be against the wheels. Step No 10: Make Motor Brackets

Step No 14: Now, Put the Upper Frame on
If you have done all the steps successfully, you can put the wooden ply or the upper frame on the homemade hoverboard. Just use screws to fix the wooden ply on the top, and don’t apply any glue. It’s OK to use only screws.
Step No 15: Use Elastics
To finish the whole take, the next step is to add a few elastic bands from the motor’s bracket to the wheels’ axle. In this way, the motor gets firmly attached to the wheels. However, if you find that you don’t get the desired results, add some more bands to see the outcome.
